Shannon Rowing club are hosting a ten week exercise programme which is open to the public.
​The cost is 5 euro per week, a total of 50 euro over the 10 weeks. You will need to pay the 50 euro up front.

​There are 2 classes per week on Tuesday and Thursday and then a walk or run on Sunday.

Details are as follows:

Tuesday  7pm             Kettlebell Classes

Thursday  7pm           PT Gym work.

Sunday     10am          Walk-Run.


​The classes are in Laurel Hill Gym and the run-walk from Shannon Rowing Club.
