A walk by the beach, watching a sunset or being in nature…. What simple act moves a person so much they become lost in the moment.

The month of may is green ribbon month which is about openly talking about mental health. This talk looks at the big question “What is mental health” We have all heard so much about mental health and that we should be looking after ourselves. What does this mean on a practical level, what does this mean to you? Patrick Fitzgerald is a psychotherapist who plays an active role within the community promoting positive mental health and well-being while reducing stigma. For a relaxed talk exploring these questions come along to the hunt museum on the 4th of May between 1 and 2pm
