Limerick Lifelong Learning Festival has something for everyone – wherever you live, whatever your age is and whatever your particular interests may be. Thomond Park Showcase will open festival week on Saturday 16th April offering a wide range of interactive events, activities and workshops – providing a wonderful snapshot of what the whole festival week entails.

The theme for this year’s festival is ‘Learning from each other in a changed Limerick’ which provides us all with an opportunity to learn something new from others and make positive changes in our lives, and the lives of those around us. As such, the Lifelong Learning Festival programme aims to promote learning and enjoyment through involvement in the wide variety of art, cultural and sports activities and IT skills workshops, that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep, here in the Limerick Region.

Why not come and try some of the events!

The Festival is being presented by the Learning Limerick Steering Group, which is representative of all the main stakeholders involved in promoting learning across Limerick.
